Workshops are an ideal learning experience; learn by doing! All workshops are open to BOTH women and men.

Henna: Host a 2 hour “Henna Party” where participants will be decorated with one basic design (by Seika) while learning about the history and beauty of Henna adornment as well as traditional uses of Henna (both aesthetic and therapeutic). Participants will receive a home starter kit that includes pre-mixed henna & applicator, plus a link to download further information and designs. No previous artistic or Henna experience is required – anyone can learn the basics of Henna mixology & application. Please bring along a fun attitude and a willingness to participate! Minimum 8 people, $10/p.p. $50 deposit required to hold date – 2 hours (host participates free) Must contact to arrange.

Meditation: The workshop will include a guided meditation, introducing participants to the proper methods used to calm and focus both mind & body. Specific breathing exercises will help you to deepen your meditation and access the creative potential of your subconscious. This workshop is designed for both beginners and those more experienced. The methods and meditations taught are independent from any specific religion or school of meditation and therefore open for ALL to participate. Maximum 20 people, $25/p.p. – aprox. 2 hours
Dream Interpretation: The workshop will teach you to recognize some of the common symbols that appear in dreams. You will learn how to keep a dream journal, a tool that will help you focus on remembering your dreamscape and the symbols found in it. We will explore dreams to see what secret messages lay within. We will also touch on learning the technique of dream control and how to utilize it for solving problems in your everyday life. You will receive a handout of common symbols, their meanings, recurring themes, and we will analyze a dream during the second part of the workshop. Maximum 30 people, $35/p.p. – 1 day (aprox. 6 hrs.) or 2 evenings
